I am on an Xbox 360, so mods and such won't work. They just swap places as my 1st follower, and the other starts to walk away. However, now it won't let me have both at all. Once I figured that out, I took J'zargo to Kharjo, finding the caravan at Riften. Everyone knows you can only have one follower in Skyrim, but there are workarounds that will have a gang of them traipsing around dungeons after you, annihilating. But when I succeeded at the glitch, Kharjo completely disappeared, and automatically went back to his caravan.
